90-day Night Trial

It generally takes 8 - 10 weeks to properly break in a new mattress. Much like a new pair of shoes, it also takes time for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface, especially if your old one was out of shape.

If you are not completely satisfied, you have an additional 90 days to come back in to any R Mattress location and select another mattress of equal or greater value with a 20% restocking fee and a re-delivery fee.

Sleep Trial does not apply to closeouts, floor samples, or if your product is found to be dirty, stained or abused.

Returns for non-mattress products: All products that R Mattress sells have a manufacturer’s warranty. The length and the terms of these warranties vary by manufacturer and type of product. During the warranty period, R Mattress will work with the customer to receive a replacement product if there is a manufacturing defect.
