I bought a month ago or so. This was a warranty replacement mattress as the old product we had was no longer offered. We tried the mattress in a store before ordering it through Serta and liked it. The 12" was in store, but we decided to go with 14". I do not recommend. It is a lot harder than the store model, which was unexpected. Because it is a warranty replacement, we can't send back for a different one, so we will probably try to sell or replace within a couple years. Quality is fine, but because we can't use the Serta "replace with another for any reason in 30 days" and it is significantly stiffer than floor model, gets 3 stars.

I purchased this mattress almost a month ago. My old iComfort (over 12 years old) was starting to show lack of support so I figured it was time to buy a new one. I stuck with the iComfort because I was so happy with my old one. They have really expanded on the choices and pretty sure I picked the one I would like. It is the plush and it is super comfy. I know people don't like this type of mattress because you cannot sit on the side but I am used to it. Here is hoping I can get as many years out of this new mattress.

It's been 3 weeks since I bought this bed, and it is Amazing. It is literally like sleeping on a big cool cloud. It purchased the 14" plush with cooling. I sleep hot...very hot. All the nights wake up from being to warm are gone. I melt into this mattress and sleep through the night with no problems and wake up refreshed and ready to go. The only problem is it is comfortable that I do not want to roll out of bed lol. You will not be disappointed.

Wow! This iComfort Aveda Plush mattress is so comfy and great to sleep in during the summer. This mattress looks and feels very durable. Very sturdy and feels like it can support the years of use to come.

I don't know where to begin. My husband and I have been on the hunt for a comfortable mattress for the two of us for years now. My husband is 6'3 and finding something comfortable for him was so difficult. Thankfully this mattress was everything we were looking for and so much more. It is so comfortable! We love it! I have no words, it is amazing !! It literally saved our marriage. And for the price… thank you Serta!!

I am very happy trying this Serta Mattress because of its size which I find it much bigger than our old Queen size mattress. Three to Four (2 kids) people can fit and sleep comfortably. I am very amazed on its cool feeling when lying down especially this summer time. Overall I am so satisfied with the quality,appearance and durability.

This mattress bed is so comfortable. It's so so big they deliver me the wrong size. The temperature regulation is actually really well and the support of it works fantastic.

First THANK YOU Influenster for this amazing complimentary bed from Serta. I've had the bed for about a week. The bed is IComfort Cool feel fabric 5 zone support memory foam mattress. The mattress is much cooler than I expected and the support is perfect. I have not had any issues with hip pain in the past 3 nights. Hope it stays that way! I did have to get mattress topper because I purchased 2 sets of sheets and when we woke up in the morning the sheets were all over the bed. The top of the mattress is a smooth silky material and your sheets slide all over. Also I was supposed to get a queen bed and received a king.. not complaining just had to buy new furniture that's why there's no bed frame/backboard yet. Also the delivery guys from RXO were fantastic!

My mattress was delivered yesterday and I was SO excited to have a good nights rest, the mattress is comfortable however VERY firm. It has some bounce but not much, I'm hopeful it softens up over time. The cooling feature is amazing, I never really trust products when it says "cooling" it only lasts a few uses but this was consistent all night total bonus during summer months! Overall I'm very satisfied with it and when I need a new mattress for my daughter's room or guest room I'm fairly certain I would go with Serta.

We like the memory foam spring hybrid a lot. When i lay on my side, i feel that my hips are in line. Less back pain! Definitely worth the investment. Plus - when I flop down, it make no squeak or sound - like falling into a supportive cloud. This is my second ISeries hybrid, both very comfortable and the perfect firmness.
Comfy, supportive, cool, and overall a wonderful mattress!
